Grow sales through strong customer relationships and deep product knowledge Retain and support existing business across the region Promote and uphold safety culture when on site Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot customer issues using technical expertise Build trust based relationships at all organizational levels Maintain accurate account information and submit required reports Manage consignment inventory and assets Stay current through ongoing training and self development Support team initiatives and collaborate effectively Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required ; preferred fields include
Pulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry 0–5 years of relevant experience (ideal for early career talent) Training or exposure to pulp/paper science/Tissue or packaging is a plus Strong understanding of business and financial terminology is beneficial Must be comfortable with 20% travel Strong problem solving skills, customer focus, and results driven mindset
