Key Responsibilities • Grow sales through strong customer relationships and deep product knowledge • Retain and support existing business across the region • Promote and uphold safety culture when on site • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Troubleshoot customer issues using technical expertise • Build trust based relationships at all organizational levels • Maintain accurate account information and submit required reports • Manage consignment inventory and assets • Stay current through ongoing training and self development • Support team initiatives and collaborate effectively
Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Pulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology • 0–5 years of relevant experience (ideal for early career talent) • Training or exposure to pulp/paper science/Tissue or packaging is a plus • Strong understanding of business and financial terminology is beneficial • Must be comfortable with approximately 20% travel • Strong problem solving skills, customer focus, and results driven mindset
