This role requires strong, conversational writing skills to simplify complex topics and demands cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams to make sure the content is both timely and addresses industry needs. This role will also act as a webinar host and producer, requiring them to pitch topics, manage logistics, and maintain a professional public presence to capture qualified leads and position the company as a thought leader.****RESPONSIBILITIES***** Drafting and Publishing Content: Writing, editing, formatting, and publishing a new blog post, case study, or white paper segment.* Content Performance Analysis: Reviewing data to see which recently published content is generating the most clicks and leads.* Pitching & Planning: Dedicating time to research market trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to brainstorm and formally pitch a new round of high-value webinar topics and content series.* Editorial Calendar Management: Updating the editorial calendar in a project management tool to track deadlines for current assets.* SEO Optimization: Working with our partners to find high-potential blog posts to refresh data, update keywords, and internally link it to newer, relevant content to boost its search engine ranking.* Webinar Preparation and Execution: Creating, reviewing, or finalizing guests, dates, and slide decks for upcoming webinar.* Live Event Hosting: Hosting or moderating a live or on-demand webinar.* Repurposing Content: Taking the recording of a recently completed webinar and initiating the process of transcription, editing clips for social media, and creating a plan for companion assets.****QUALIFICATIONS***** Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.* Content Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in a content role, with a focus on creating educational and lead-driving assets.* Exceptional Storytelling Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft and evolve compelling narratives that resonate with different buyer personas and translate complex concepts into clear, understandable content across various regions.* Strong Research & Editorial Command: Expertise in conducting thorough research, combined with strong writing, editing, and an expert command of grammar rules and attention to detail to ensure professional, flawless, and compliant content.* Project and Deadline Management: Proven ability to manage a rigorous editorial calendar, adhere to fixed deadlines, and coordinate assets/reviews across multiple stakeholders (Sales, Product, Leadership).* Webinar Hosting & Execution: Experience hosting, moderating, or presenting in professional live or on-demand events.****WHY JOIN US***** Founder-led and employee-driven company* The opportunity to build a legal function* Value centric decision making* Both an economically stable and high growth environment (ask us how this is possible)* The market leader in redefining how B2B does security****BENEFITS****We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported.
