### Job TitleConsumer Marketing Manager (Male Grooming)### Job DescriptionAs **Consumer Marketing Manager**, you will nurture creativity and expand your business acumen in maximizing your product and solutions portfolio potential to boost your **Male Grooming** category’s results.**Your role:*** The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio, the associated products, solutions and services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy and works with the Regional Business Unit Leader to drive the desired sell-out and market shares and ensure perfect New Product Introductions and Launches.* You will support the Head of Marketing in creating the Category Marketing Plan by providing Audience and Business specific insights and the local Portfolio and Business Strategy.* You will be running the annual business planning cycle: input to strategy and target setting, A&P budget setting and handling, strong cooperation with sales, trade marketing and digital colleagues – planning to co-own targets on category.* You will create and execute marketing plans and individual campaigns plans (in line with regional and local marketing strategy).* You will manage together with digital team the category specific digital tools (social media channels, CRM, specific applications), develop market knowledge and consumer insights, manage relationship with media & PR agencies.* You will manage SKU portfolio/rationalization, being responsible of driving local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy.* You will manage Sell-out in line with MS expectations, capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis and builds scenarios for category development in the market following trends, consumer interests and sales channels development.**You will enjoy these benefits:**From hybrid working to a healthy learning and development culture already in place, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of relevant benefits. This includes, but not limiting to actualized meal vouchers, medical subscription and tens of courses for professional and personal development.**You're the right fit if:*** You accumulated 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in which you successfully handled 360° campaigns in an omnichannel approach to the market and plan – implement – follow-up the overall business results of your joined activities.* You have excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with complex stakeholder panel.* You are also skilled in writing comprehensive business reports, as well as analyze, interpret, and create valuable outcomes from these sources.* You managed relevant budgets with ROI optimization in sight, using and honing your problem-solving, continuous improvement and cross-departmental cooperating skills.* You are a strong-willed, self-driven, empathetic, analytical, social, creative and open-minded individual.**How we work together**
