Job Title: Business Development Executive – AI Sales & Marketing Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI |Onsite| Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development (BDM) Executive to support our AI Sales & Marketing initiatives. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, supporting marketing campaigns, and assisting the sales team in expanding our AI solutions presence across the U.S. market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in IT, AI, or software).

Strong understanding of AI, Automation, ML, or analytics trends (basic level acceptable).

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales research tools.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development

Identify and research potential clients in AI, digital transformation, analytics, and automation domains.

Support the sales pipeline through lead generation, outreach, and qualification.

Conduct introductory calls, present AI solution capabilities, and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders.

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM tools.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client pitch decks.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (delivery, marketing, technical) to align offerings with client needs.

Track follow‑ups, proposal status, and coordinate next steps with the client and internal teams.

Work with marketing to execute AI‑focused campaigns, webinars, social media promotions, and outbound content.

Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and AI technology adoption.

Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and positioning in the AI solutions space.

Client Interaction

Engage with prospective clients to understand initial requirements and roadmap.

Support account managers by providing updates on ongoing opportunities and client communication.
