As an Account Resolution Specialist, you'll support members experiencing financial hardships by offering compassionate, practical solutions. This role provides service primarily over the phone and includes discussing payment options, handling credit disputes, processing bankruptcies and repossessions, and working collaboratively to find the right path forward on each member's unique situation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll be comfortable navigating difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and respect for member dignity. This role also requires sound judgment, the ability to assess risk, make timely decisions, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team.
