Consumer Loan Processor

Clearwater Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Consumer Loan Processor in Missoula, MT. This role plays a vital part in ensuring loans are funded accurately, documents are processed efficiently, and collateral is secured properly. What You'll Do As a Consumer Loan Processor, you will: Fund consumer loans and process required documentation. File and perfect liens to ensure proper collateral security. Complete consumer secured loan payoffs, including related insurance claims. Process GAP, Mechanical Breakdown, DPW, and Debt Protection remittance and claims. Conduct consumer loan document audits for accuracy and compliance. Assign consumer loans and complete various lending reports. Process notices, letters, and other loan-related correspondence. Provide administrative support to Consumer Lenders. Deliver excellent service to internal teams and external members by answering department-related questions professionally and promptly. What You Bring We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized, accurate, and detail oriented. Skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment. A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette. Committed to recognizing needs and creating solutions. Able to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
