
We are seeking a hands‑on Retail Designer to support high‑impact in‑store merchandising and packaging projects. This role is execution‑focused — less concepting, more ideation refinement and design build‑out.
This is a doer role. The team will provide initial creative direction and concepts; this designer will bring them to life through strong execution and production‑ready design.
Key Responsibilities
Execute in‑store merchandising design including end caps, displays, and retail fixtures.
Design packaging cartons and creative mailers.
Translate brand concepts into print‑ready retail assets.
Bring products forward visually to drive customer engagement in‑store.
Manage projects through production with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Strong creative eye with retail sensibility.
Experience in in‑store merchandising and/or packaging design.
Strong print production knowledge is required.
Technical, non‑digital design background preferred.
Ability to move quickly and manage multiple active projects.
Compensation $35 - $45/Hour (salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications).
