
A privately held alternative investment company is seeking an experienced professional to join its Partner Relations department. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective investors.
The ideal candidate has
5-10 years of sales/capital raise experience , direct experience working within alternative investment structures and a background in direct sales and outbound outreach within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Manage communications with existing and prospective investment partners using approved materials, including PPMs.
Support fundraising efforts through direct outreach, including cold calling and follow-up.
Serve as a point of contact for partner questions related to investment structure, process, and timelines.
Participate in partner calls, Zoom meetings, and educational webinars.
Coordinate internally to ensure partner inquiries are addressed accurately and compliantly.
Track partner interactions and activity in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in alternative investment fundraising, capital raising, or investment sales.
Direct experience with alternative investments.
Understanding of investment structures.
Proven experience with direct sales and cold calling.
Experience working within a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
CRM experience required (HubSpot a plus).
