About the Role Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Becker Machine & Balance LLC is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth across our industrial services businesses. This role will focus primarily on Becker Machine & Balance, while also supporting affiliated companies under shared ownership.
This is a relationship-driven sales role ideal for someone who understands manufacturing environments, rotating equipment, electric motors, and repair services, and who enjoys being in front of customers solving real-world problems.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business for Becker Machine & Balance LLC, with secondary support for affiliated companies
Prospect and call on customers in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, utilities, OEMs, and facilities with rotating equipment
Sell services include precision machining, dynamic balancing, industrial repair services, and electric motor repair
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular site visits
Identify customer pain points and recommend service solutions
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking
Represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events
Preferred Background & Experience
Preferred knowledge of electric motors, motor repair, or rotating equipment
Comfortable selling services rather than products
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with good time management
