Requirements

Must hold a

valid South Carolina real estate license

Job Summary The agent will need to keep consistent business hours, maintain listings, negotiate offers, prepare closing documents, keep accurate records, attend resort-sponsored social events/activities, be hospitality-minded, communicate effectively, and have a real estate license. The real estate license would sit under our broker license.

The ideal candidate

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays

Professional image with tenacious attitude and motivation to succeed

MUST have a Real Estate license

Experience selling traditional timeshare products in Hilton Head and a hospitality background

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must be comfortable with a highly competitive commission structure
