Lead and support the evaluation, execution, and integration of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential deals and initiatives Prepare and present materials for senior leadership, including board-level communications Conduct market and competitive landscape analyses to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic fit and operational impact Drive strategic planning initiatives and support long-term corporate strategy development Monitor performance of existing investments and partnerships Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 1.5 years of full-time experience in Investment Banking or PE, with a strong focus on M&A Expertise in building complex financial models and conducting valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comps) Experience preparing high-quality client-facing materials and transaction documentation Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and deal structuring Excellent communication skills-clear, persuasive, and executive-ready Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for excellence If you are interested, please apply below.
