Key Responsibilities
Execute thematic sourcing sprints for platform and add-on opportunities
Conduct market research, build target lists, and drive outbound outreach
Collaborate with investment teams to identify and prioritize opportunities
Engage directly with founders and executives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, M&A advisory, or tech sales
Strong research skills and commercial instincts
Proven track record in deal origination and relationship management
Deep understanding of private market transactions, valuation, and investment structures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
