
Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to execute ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves managing shop floor activities, ensuring real-time data input, and performing order and inventory reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis and process improvement, contributing to efficient production and inventory management. Responsibilities
Execute ERP transactions accurately and timely. Open and close process orders daily. Perform order and inventory reconciliation. Manage shop floor activities and ensure real-time data input. Conduct bin counts and oversee inventory management. Utilize scanners for inventory and production tracking. Analyze production data for accuracy and correct work-in-process raw material and rework flow. Perform shift-to-shift and daily reconciliation across all production lines. Develop and create job aids for process improvement. Complete all other duties as assigned. Essential Skills
Proficient in data entry and ERP systems. Experience with order entry and Excel data entry. Strong knowledge of inventory management and reconciliation. Ability to analyze and correct production data in real time. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and functions. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Skills & Qualifications
ERP System Experience (Aptean is a plus but not required). English proficiency required; bilingual is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Work Environment
This position requires flexibility in working shifts, with schedules available Monday through Saturday. Shifts include: 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm, 2nd shift from 4pm to 12:30am, and 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 8am. The successful candidate will collaborate with production, finance, and warehouse departments. Initial training will take place on the first shift for 3-4 weeks. Job Type & Location
