
Payment Specialist I

Reporting to the AVP, Payments, this position is responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This position receives incoming payments, resolves payment discrepancies, and assists borrowers with payment-related inquiries. Additionally, the Payment Specialist I collaborates with internal and external customers, while prioritizing tasks and responding to email communications in a timely manner. This position maintains up-to-date payment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
