A Nationally renowned Architecture and Interior Design firm, known for shaping large‑scale hospitality and gaming projects, is seeking an Interior Designer to join their team in Boston, MA. This team is part of a broader national organization recognized for immersive and brand conscious design, strong cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and a consistently stable pipeline of high‑profile hospitality work with new and existing clientele.

The Role The Interior Designer will help develop interior concepts, space plans, material palettes, and coordinated design solutions for complex hospitality projects. This role participates from early concept through construction, with opportunities for exposure to on‑site coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Generate interior architectural concepts for hospitality environments, including:

Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment planning

Floor plan analysis and space planning

Materiality and visual design concepts

Integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical considerations

Support development of new or improved design approaches based on project needs.

Produce drawings, presentations, and documentation aligned with project standards.

Collaborate with senior‑level designers on more complex, large‑scale projects.

Follow up with the construction team to maintain design intent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design required

5+ years of professional experience in interiors, ideally with exposure to hospitality projects

Interior design certification/licensure preferred, not required

Strong space planning, material selection, and concept development skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary studio

Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus
