We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.**Position Overview:**The Marketing Administrator & Events Support Specialist manages marketing operations and event coordination in a dynamic environment supporting mortgage professionals. This behind‑the‑scenes role ensures seamless execution and measurable results across marketing and event initiatives. The Marketing Administrator & Events Support Specialist supports relationship‑building with realtors, referral partners, and past clients through targeted campaigns, automated communications, and well‑executed events that drive visibility, encourage referrals, and support repeat business.**Job Responsibilities:*** Design and create high‑quality marketing materials using Canva (e.g., flyers, social media graphics, postcards, email templates, branding assets).* Build, segment, and send email newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated follow-ups using Mailchimp.* Create and manage surveys, feedback forms, referral requests, and lead capture tools with Typeform.* Develop and execute SMS/text marketing campaigns, including promotions, event invites, and client touchpoints, using SlickText.* Maintain and update contact databases (realtors, referral partners, past clients) for targeted outreach and compliance.* Coordinate print and digital marketing initiatives to promote team services, market updates, and value-add content to real estate partners and clients.* Plan, organize, and execute client appreciation events, realtor luncheons, referral partner mixers, homebuyer seminars, and community networking events.* Handle all logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination (catering, AV, decorations), RSVPs, attendee tracking, and on-site support.* Promote events through email, text, social, and direct outreach to realtors, partners, and past clients.* Follow up post-event with thank-you notes, surveys, and nurture sequences to convert attendance into referrals and business.* Track marketing performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-throughs, event attendance, referral leads) and provide regular reports.* Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with mortgage-industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., fair lending, advertising guidelines).* Assist with other team administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling, data entry, and partner relationship management.* Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and event-related inquiries from realtors, partners, and clients.**Qualifications and Skills:*** 3+ years of experience in marketing administration, coordination, or support roles, with preferred experience in real estate or mortgage marketing and event initiatives.* Experience communicating with and nurturing relationships in B2B/B2C real estate or mortgage contexts.* Experience in planning and coordinating events, including small‑scale client or partner events, preferred.* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or mortgage-specific platforms), preferred.* Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and events simultaneously.* Excellent communication skills, including drafting professional outreach to realtors, referral partners, and clients.* Excellent attention to detail and consistency in maintaining compliance within regulated marketing.* Skilled in working independently and collaboratively to support a high‑performing team.* Skilled in applying creative approaches to marketing content, visuals, and event materials.* Skilled in basic graphic design and copywriting, preferred.* Advanced proficiency in digital design, email marketing, survey, and SMS communication tools, including Canva, Mailchimp, Typeform, and SlickText (or comparable platforms).This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
