
Onsite IT Mobility Specialist - Rocky Hill, CT
Start ASAP - long term assignment - 6 months with expected extension
5 days per week - 40 hours
Overview Seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to support enterprise mobile and endpoint devices in a Microsoft Intune environment. This role is responsible for device deployment, configuration, security, lifecycle management, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
Support Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices via Microsoft Intune
Provision, enroll, configure, and decommission devices (Intune, Autopilot, Apple/Android enrollment)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, compliance, and connectivity issues
Manage Intune policies, compliance profiles, and app deployments
Maintain device inventory and prepare devices for reuse or disposal
Support conditional access and security standards
Manage mobility tickets, mailbox, and carrier coordination
Document processes and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams
Qualifications
4-5 years IT support experience with mobility/endpoint focus
Strong Microsoft Intune experience
Experience with MDM concepts and device enrollment workflows
Experience supporting iOS and Android in enterprise environments
ServiceNow experience preferred
Familiarity with Okta a plus
Skills
Strong troubleshooting ability
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Strong documentation and organizational skills
