Performs all sales functions related to Diamond Tools and Equipment in an assigned sales territory by performing the following duties.
Duties
Makes sales calls and presentations to customer base within assigned territory of Northern Texas and Northern Louisiana.
Sells elements of entire product line through recommendations.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers by phone.
Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes product features.
Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts for travel.
Develops and maintains relationships with customer base.
Attends trade shows and performs product demonstrations.
Qualifications
2-5+ years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
