performance-driven, in-person role
with strong earning potential and direct exposure to real estate investing.
What You’ll Do
Work high-intent inbound seller leads (no cold prospecting)
Build rapport, uncover motivation, and guide homeowners through the sales process
Analyze properties, run comps, estimate repairs, and structure offers
Travel to in-person appointments across Northeast Florida
Present offers, handle objections, and secure signed contracts
Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and KPIs in the CRM
Collaborate daily with the acquisitions team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or direct-to-seller sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and in-person closing skills
Organized, process-driven, and CRM-focused
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
Must live in or near Jacksonville, FL
Bonus: Investing, wholesaling, or construction experience
