CASA One Residential is a Jacksonville-based real estate investment company helping homeowners facing foreclosure, tax issues, and other distress sell quickly and efficiently.

The Role We provide a list of distressed properties across Jacksonville. Your responsibility is to:

Drive to the properties

Speak with homeowners

Set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions team

This is a field-based, performance-driven position. Compensation is paid monthly based on Qualified Appointments Held. Part-time scouts who hit targets typically earn

$4,000–$6,000 per month , with no income cap.

Requirements

Must live in Jacksonville, FL

Reliable vehicle with valid insurance

Smartphone with data plan (CRM required)

Comfortable navigating all areas of Jacksonville

Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure

Self-directed with a strong work ethic

Ideal Background Door-to-door solar, roofing, political canvassing, process serving, or other commission-based field roles. If you are looking for a straightforward, performance-based opportunity with clear expectations, this role may be a strong fit.
