
The Junior Tour Account Coordinator is an entry-level, growth-oriented role within the Music & Live Events team. This position supports medium- to low-impact tour accounts while gaining hands‑on experience in tour operations, order processing, and press approvals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the music touring and live events industry.
This role works closely with Tour Account Coordinators and senior leadership to support daily tour operations and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and organization across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of medium- to low-impact tour accounts
Assist Tour Account Coordinators in learning core processes and best practices
Provide administrative and operational support to senior team members, including the Senior Tour Account Manager, Director, VP, and President of the Music Department
Manage daily press approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely processing (primary responsibility)
Guide and support Tour Account Coordinators through the press approval process until they can work independently
Assist with reviewing ship requests, packing slips, and receiving logs
Help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized records and documentation related to tour accounts, orders, and approvals
Requirements
Prior experience as a Tour Account Coordinator or in a similar administrative or operations role preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage recurring daily tasks with consistency and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to support, train, and collaborate with team members
Interest in learning the operational and logistical side of music touring and live events
This position is designed as a development role, offering hands‑on exposure to tour account management and the live music industry. Successful candidates may grow into a Senior Tour Account Manager or other leadership roles within the Music Department over time.
