
The Tour Account Coordinator is an entry-level role for individuals interested in building a career within the touring and live music industry. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to the tour team while introducing the fundamentals of tour account management.
The Tour Account Coordinator supports smaller and lower-impact accounts, assists with data entry and order processing, and works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth tour operations. This role offers hands-on experience and clear opportunities for growth as skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to junior and senior managers overseeing tour accounts
Assist in processing smaller and lower-impact tour accounts
Enter, update, and maintain accurate sales representative and account data
Support client communication by responding to inquiries and helping address account needs
Assist with order processing and other account-related tasks as assigned
Maintain and update documentation for active tours
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and workflow
Learn tour account processes and systems, with press approvals introduced after training and onboarding
Requirements
Interest in the touring, live music, or entertainment industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service–oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
This role is designed as a foundational position with clear growth potential. As experience and proficiency increase, successful candidates may advance into a Junior Tour Account Manager role and additional responsibilities within the tour and music division.
