
What We Need
Brady is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who will generate revenue through aggressive follow‐up of inbound marketing leads. The role will maintain ongoing relationships with assigned end‑user and distributor accounts to ensure post‑sale consumable pull‑through.
What You'll Be Doing
Engage in consultative selling to place appropriate products and services at end‑user facilities.
Work with existing customers to determine appropriate hardware update options for obsolete printers.
Provide virtual demonstrations of Brady products.
Assist field sales representatives in growing the pipeline by scheduling site visits with end users.
Reply one business day.
Track all activities in Salesforce.
Assist field representatives with quote follow‑up and competitive crosses.
Leverage Brady ID sales enablement tools to support quotas and orders.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate product features, values, and benefits within a sales approach.
Active listening skills.
Effective selling skills with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
One year of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred.
