The Director of Family Ministries serves to assist the church in accomplishing its mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Together with a broader ministry team, the Director of Family Ministries ensures that St James’ ministries to children, youth, and families is sustainably structured, cohesive across all age groups, aligned with our mission (One God, One Church, Many Missions), and executed with excellence. Current ministry programs within scope include Sunday morning Discipleship hour, Sunday evening Kids’ Club, and United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF). Estimate 15-20 hours/week. Flexible schedule.
