Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Family Ministries (32 hours/week) to help lead and grow vibrant ministries for children, youth, and their families (birth–12th grade).
This role is all about cultivating faith and community—planning meaningful programs, supporting families, equipping volunteers, and helping children and youth grow in their relationship with God. The Director of Family Ministries will work closely with church staff and volunteers to coordinate ministries like Sunday School, youth programming, Vacation Bible School, and special seasonal events.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about nurturing the next generation of disciples while helping build a welcoming and sustainable ministry environment.
