Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Proven experience in managing Lead-to-Opportunity management processes, Managed packages, Analytics & Reporting.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, reporting & analytics, and data integration processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and JIRA for effective data analysis, tracking, and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non?technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs and project requirements.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Develop and document user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create comprehensive test plans to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Facilitate cross?functional collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements, design specs, and testing outcomes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure alignment with business needs and project success.
- Provide post?implementation support during the go?live phase to ensure a smooth transition.
