BVCA Partnership is seeking a reliable, hands-on
Property Services Associate
to maintain and prepare BVCA owned and rental properties for occupancy. This role directly supports housing stability for individuals and families in our communities.

Responsibilities
Clean and prepare vacant units (trash removal, deep cleaning, painting, light repairs)
Maintain property grounds and common areas
Assist with lawn care and exterior upkeep
Complete and submit work orders daily
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
Uphold confidentiality and agency values
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic painting and maintenance skills preferred
