We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Online Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Platform that is transforming the way staffing services are delivered to clients across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing experience to join a fully remote national sales team.

You’ll be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share across the U.S. The primary focus of this role is new client acquisition — so if you’re a natural hunter, this position is for you. You will be expanding innovative staffing service models, including Managed Services (MSP for Direct Hire) as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Solutions for Enterprise and Mid-Size clients nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies. Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding. Navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple decision-makers. Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Represent the company at key industry events and conferences. Qualifications
Proven success acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space. 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise-level customers. 3–5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, or VMS is a plus. Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering sectors. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for industry events. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Zoom, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), and MS Office Suite. Must reside in the United States.
