About The Role We are seeking a highly driven and seasoned

Senior Sales Executive

with 7+ years of experience in Professional Staffing to join a fully remote national sales team. This role is focused on

new business development and client acquisition . The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a strong track record of prospecting, closing, and expanding enterprise and mid-market accounts across the U.S. You will play a key role in expanding innovative staffing solutions, including Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, and MSP models for enterprise clients. If you thrive in complex sales cycles, are well-connected within the talent ecosystem, and have a passion for driving growth, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through onboarding.

Navigate and influence complex, multi-level decision-making processes.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise clients.

Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing space. (Experience primarily in healthcare or light industrial staffing will not be considered.)

Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem (TA leaders, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).

Established relationships with key decision-makers in Technology, Finance, Engineering, and related sectors.

Entrepreneurial mindset and hunter mentality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2–3 times per year.

Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must reside in the United States.

Work Model

100% Remote within the United States.
