About the job Sr. Sales Staffing Executive
Sr. Sales Staffing Executive needs 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers. 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus. Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year. Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space. Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies. Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client on-boarding. Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making. Achieve assigned sales targets.
