Role Description This is a part or full tims hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker based in the Greater Chicago Area, with a combination of in-office work and optional work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing client transactions, showcasing properties, conducting property market analyses, and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to offer valuable insights to clients.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong skills and experience in Real Estate
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
Understanding of Real Property transactions and the local real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic data entry skills
Basic Social Media and Web Marketing
Active real estate license in the state of Illinois
Proficiency in using real estate databases and tools is a plus
