Marc Realty is one of the largest Full Service Commercial Real Estate Companies in the Chicagoland Area with a portfolio of over 35 properties in the best locations. We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team and generate leads for our downtown Chicago portfolio. This is a full-time position that requires a highly-motivated individual, excellent communication skills, confidence, and professionalism in both appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

Generate sales leads for assigned properties

Attend client meetings & conduct showings

Correspond with potential clients and their brokers

Network to identify potential new business opportunities

Skills / Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Familiar with commercial contracts & leases

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Work collaboratively with other employees at all levels

Reliable vehicle for travel

Required Experience

Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred

Required License or Certification

State of Illinois Broker license is required
