Role Description – Real Estate Advisor This is a full‑time, off‑site opportunity in Central FL for a driven and professional Real Estate Advisor who wants to operate at a higher level.

The Real Estate Advisor will guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, and investment transactions while delivering a polished, concierge‑style experience. Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and cultivating high‑quality client relationships

Conducting property showings and listing presentations

Pricing and positioning properties strategically

Negotiating contracts with precision and confidence

Managing transactions from contract to close

Providing clear market insights and data‑backed guidance

Upholding brand standards in communication, presentation, and professionalism

This is not a “post it on the MLS and hope” environment. Agents are expected to be proactive, strategic, and committed to continuous improvement.

Active Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of the real estate market

Experience in Sales and Real Estate transactions

Strong understanding of Real Property laws and regulations

Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation abilities

Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and technology

Ability to work on‑site in Clermont, FL, with a willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs
