Our client a Real Estate Investment company has an immediate opening for a Sr. Real Estate Analyst.
Job Description: Responsibilities The main goal is to analyze real estate investment opportunities and projects. This individual must be a team player, possess excellent communication and demonstrate strong Real Estate Industry knowledge.
Other key responsibilities are
Responsible for managing projections for residential and mixed-use development projects.
Develop financial models, Interpret data and analysis on transactions and market trends
Analyze projects and communicate results
Work with Executive Team directly
Structuring and modeling real estate investments
Prepare investment memorandums
Historical and forecast data
Future deal/new business evaluation and roll-ups
Debt analysis
Investor analysis
Using accounting reports to provide high level analysis
Prepare finance packages and data
Reviewing underwriting
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate
MBA Preferred
Must have strong Excel Modeling skills
This position is paying a base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 plus Annual and Project Completion Based Bonuses.
