A leading global real estate investment firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Investment Associate to join its team. The firm manages diverse real estate strategies for institutional investors and operates independently within a larger diversified asset management platform. What You’ll Do
Build and maintain cash flow models using Excel and Argus. Conduct thorough due diligence on new investments, including financials, leases, environmental reports, and market research. Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to internal committees. Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and create reporting for clients. Support financing, dispositions, and special projects as needed. Allocate part of your time to asset management, portfolio oversight, and research. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus). 3–4 years of relevant experience in real estate investment or asset management. Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and Argus required. Experience underwriting commercial and residential assets; development experience preferred. Proven ability to deliver actionable insights, make sound recommendations, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with high integrity. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with tight deadlines. Seniority level
