As a Real Estate Agent for Grateful Mindset Properties, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. Additionally, you will conduct property market analysis, build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service, and work to achieve sales targets. You will also be expected to represent the company at community and networking events as part of our mission to connect with the local community.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate processes and regulations
Proven experience in sales and customer service within a real estate or related context
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and the ability to perform property market analysis
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with the Hendersonville, NC market is a plus
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
