
We’re looking for a polished, guest-facing personality who enjoys working the room and setting the tone for the dining experience. This is a highly visible role focused on greeting guests, managing seating flow, and supporting the floor during service. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on interaction, hospitality, and energy — not a desk-based position.
What you’ll be doing
Welcoming guests and managing the flow at the door
Coordinating seating and waitlist timing with the floor team
Supporting service during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
Handling guest needs and service recovery professionally
Creating a warm, engaging first impression for every guest
Communicating with managers and staff to keep service moving
What you bring to the table
Previous restaurant host, captain, guest relations, or similar experience
Confidence interacting with guests and reading the room
Calm presence in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
