Westcreek Villas Apartments in Paducah, KY.
This 240 unit conventional property boasts a sparkling outdoor pool, playground and fitness center. We also have an incredible & dedicated staff that we're looking to add to! If you have experience in property management then we'd like to invite you to apply!
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid)
Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments (Commissions Paid)
Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
2+ years' experience in multifamily housing
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software, YARDI preferred
Have excellent verbal and written communication
Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Compensation and Benefits Available:
$17.00 -$19.00 per hour
Up to $100 per lease renewal commissions and up to $100 per new lease!
401k planning with up to a 3% annual match

Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours
