Recruitment Marketing & Demand Optimization Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the activation and prioritization of travel healthcare orders, ensuring swift and effective sourcing of candidates. Collaborate with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and adjust strategies in response to market and client needs. Manage and optimize candidate sourcing workflows using Bullhorn and HubSpot, including automation and data hygiene efforts. Deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns rapidly and independently, aligning tactics with urgent order requirements. Partner with AI-enabled sourcing tools for messaging, segmentation, and workflow improvements to enhance speed and conversion. Recruitment Marketing & Demand Optimization Manager Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in travel healthcare staffing or relevant staffing environments. Proficiency in Bullhorn, including implementation and optimization. Experience with HubSpot lead management and automation tools. Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing technologies. Strong understanding of the travel clinician persona and market trends.
