Execute multi‑channel sourcing campaigns across various digital platforms and develop targeted HubSpot workflows to nurture candidates by specialty and location.
Research and implement AI‑enabled sourcing tools, continually testing for efficiency and effectiveness to accelerate candidate discovery.
Provide real‑time strategic insights by monitoring market trends, including bill rates and client demand, to guide sourcing and marketing strategies.
Recruitment Marketing & Demand Optimization Manager Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of experience in travel healthcare staffing, specifically with nursing professionals.
Proven expertise in Bullhorn, demonstrating the ability to optimize large‑scale sourcing and candidate engagement.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, especially in managing detailed email and SMS workflows.
Strong understanding of the travel healthcare industry and motivators for healthcare professionals.
Ability to execute high‑volume sourcing strategies using paid and organic channels, with a deep familiarity with industry standards.
