
Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
Prepare quarterly internal valuations
Perform market research for existing assets under management as well as new acquisition deals
Conduct lease analysis during lease negotiations to assist with decision making and recommendations
Assist asset managers in communicating with other third parties including tax consultants and auditors
Assist in property due diligence during acquisitions and dispositions
Responsible for asset management of office and industrial investments and development projects
Oversee leasing teams during each stage of negotiation to best execute leasing strategies
Oversee capital improvements and review construction loan draws/capital calls for ground-up developments
Evaluate financing and re‑financing decisions through financial modeling and underwriting
Review budget packages submitted by property management teams and prepare annual business plans
Conduct asset performance and hold/sell analyses, annual review presentations, and market updates
Maintain internal valuation and operation models and review external appraisal reports
Perform quarterly site visits and property inspections
Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate software like Yardi, Yardi Deal Manager, Loopnet, Crexi, Costar, etc.
Strong customer service skills.
Comfort with multitasking.
Powerful sales skills.
Ability to work independently.
