Overview NOTE: This position is Hybrid 3 Days onsite Irvine, CA.
Duration:
30 Months (2.5 Years, including extensions)

Responsibilities
Drive project completion and site acquisition.
Track vendor performance, ensure project trackers are updated, and conform to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
Have experience in small cell deployment, new build, or modification on both Public Right of Way and Private Property.
Manage project budgets.
Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project team.
Ensure all parties are aware of project status.
Conduct deployment calls.
Must Have Skills (Most Important)
Proficiency in Excel, 3+ years.
Project management experience (5+ years) in wireless small‑cell deployment.
Knowledge of wireless projects on Public Right of Way and Private Property.
Negotiation skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with client systems such as 1ERP, ESA, SPM (Fuze).
Additional experience in small‑cell deployment, new build, or modification in the wireless industry.
Education / Certifications
Real estate license (ideal).
