Key Responsibilities
Generate new business
by identifying prospects, connecting with leads, and converting them to policyholders
Conduct client consultations
to determine needs and recommend suitable coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products
including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
Nurture strong client relationships
through ongoing support and policy reviews
Surpass individual sales goals
to accelerate agency growth
Stay updated
on product knowledge and compliance guidelines
Utilize CRM tools
for effective lead management and renewals
Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
Ideal Candidate Traits
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
