Key Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policies

Conduct consultations to understand client insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions

Sell and cross‑sell insurance policies, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage

Build and maintain lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support and regular policy reviews

Surpass individual sales goals to help drive agency growth

Keep abreast of product knowledge and compliance requirements

Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow‑ups, and renewals

Participate in team meetings, contributing to sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confidence and effectiveness with outbound calls and closing deals

Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn

Strong organization and time management skills

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual abilities (a plus)
