Key Responsibilities
Identify prospects and convert leads into policies
Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
Exceed sales goals and support agency growth
Stay current on products and compliance
Use CRM tools for tracking and renewals
Participate in team meetings and sales planning
What We’re Looking For
1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfort with outbound calls and closing deals
Coachable and eager to learn
Well-organized and effective at time management
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a bonus
