Role Overview We are looking for a founding Business Development & GTM leader to drive outbound sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition.

You will work directly with the Founder to build and execute the go-to-market engine from the ground up.

This is an early-stage ownership role with meaningful equity and milestone-based cash compensation.

Responsibilities

Design and execute outbound sales strategy

Generate and qualify B2B HR leads

Ideal Candidate

3–7 years B2B SaaS sales experience

Startup experience preferred

Comfortable building from zero

Strong outbound and closing skills

AI / HR Tech experience is a plus

Compensation

Meaningful equity stake (0.5% – 1.0%)

Cash component activated upon revenue milestone or funding

High growth potential into GTM Lead / Head of Growth
