We are seeking an energetic and motivated Real Estate Broker to become an essential member of our team. This position centers on generating leads and assisting clients in finding their perfect homes. Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Track tasks and activities in PLACE TechnologyConduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
