About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our specialized development services in Cybersecurity, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence. In this high-impact position, you will serve as the primary bridge between ambitious startups, scale-ups, and innovative product companies that require expert technical partners to build, secure, and scale their solutions.

Your core mission is to identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects into long-term strategic partners. By attending premier industry conferences, cultivating C-level relationships, and positioning Quanta Tech Systems as the trusted expert in secure, blockchain-enabled, and AI-driven development, you will drive significant new business and contribute directly to our aggressive growth in 2026 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and target startups, venture-backed companies, and product innovators (SaaS, fintech, Web3, healthtech, enterprise AI, etc.) needing custom development expertise in Cybersecurity (zero-trust implementations, secure app architectures, compliance engineering), Blockchain (dApps, smart contracts, layer-2 scaling, decentralized identity), and AI/ML (model deployment, generative features, AI agents, secure data pipelines).

Execute a high-velocity outbound strategy using LinkedIn, personalized outreach, warm introductions, and inbound leads to build a robust pipeline.

Actively participate in and network at leading conferences and events (e.g., RSA Conference, Consensus, Web Summit, AI Summit series, TechCrunch Disrupt, Devcon, Black Hat, startup accelerators, and Web3/fintech summits) to establish founder/CTO relationships, identify technical pain points, and showcase our capabilities.

Lead consultative discovery calls to map prospects’ product visions, security/compliance needs, blockchain requirements, and AI ambitions — crafting tailored proposals that highlight our differentiated value.

Partner with technical pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams to scope engagements, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), fixed-price packages, retainers, and multi-phase roadmaps aligned with client goals and budgets.

Own the complete sales cycle: from initial engagement and relationship nurturing through negotiation, deal closure, and seamless transition to delivery/account management.

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue quotas, prioritizing net-new logos, recurring revenue, and high-margin, long-term partnerships.

Maintain precise pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), and provide actionable market insights on trends, competitors, and client needs to inform company strategy.

Serve as a credible advisor and brand ambassador for Quanta Tech Systems in the cybersecurity, blockchain, and AI ecosystems.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of B2B sales success in IT services, custom software development, tech consulting, or outsourcing, with a proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals.

Direct experience or strong knowledge selling Cybersecurity, Blockchain, or AI/ML development services preferred.

Track record of successfully targeting and closing startups and venture-backed companies (seed to Series B/C ideal).

Established network and confidence engaging Founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product executives.

Proven ability to generate value from tech/startup conferences and events through proactive networking.

Technical literacy to discuss secure architectures, blockchain protocols, AI integration patterns, DevSecOps, and cloud-native practices credibly (bridge business + technical conversations).

Strong consultative selling skills, persuasive communication, and ability to simplify complex tech for decision-makers.

Hunter mindset with discipline in high-volume outreach, paired with relationship-building for sustained partnerships.

Proficiency in sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Gong/Chorus, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, blockchain/AI credentials) advantageous.

Willingness to travel 20–40% for conferences and client meetings.
