
Kimberton Golf Club was the first 18‑hole facility designed by renowned course architect George Fazio in 1962. We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist with daily maintenance and groundskeeping activities on our family‑owned and operated golf course facility. This is a hands‑on position that will involve active participation in a range of tasks, with a primary focus on chemical applications and grounds staff management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to the highest standards. As a valued member of our team, the Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and executing various maintenance tasks, monitoring and implementing chemical applications, and assisting with irrigation system maintenance. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for golf course maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in day-to-day maintenance activities
Oversee/apply chemical applications and irrigation system maintenance
Collaborate with the Superintendent on course improvement projects
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and grow within our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in golf course maintenance or a related field.
Experience in golf course maintenance or related field
Knowledge of chemical applications and irrigation systems
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
